Hi Tom.

Spec looks mighty impressive matey :)

I couldn't find the RR print out. What boost you running to get 260-270bhp?

What gauges are you using to monitor the engine?

Cool. When I had 14 psi boost I managed 275 bhp.

Now running 18 psi held with 22 psi overboost :) I reckon that's gonna be 300-315.

I use 1 x Digital Boost, 1 x Analogue Boost, 1 x AFR and 1 x Charge Temp gauges to monitor the engine and will soon be adding an inboard electronic Fuel Pressure gauge.

What fuel pressure you running?

I know Tom hasn't updated this in a while, but I thought that people might be interested to in some hearsay.

Last time I spoke to him about it, after it had come back 'mostly' mapped (not at full power yet) it was much more drivable, and massively fast.

Since then it has been on the Student Gumball across Europe, with absolutely no problems.

Upon it's return it went to Pod where it earnt itself a sub 13 second personal best with a minimalistic launch. Straight afterwards, on a real launch attempt (with a predicted mid 12 second quarter) it promptly snapped the smaller CV joint. Lets face it, that's normally pretty hard to do.

As you can now imagine this resulted in, unhappily, a rather restricted amount of movement for the Rover.

This all happened about 3 weeks ago and, alas, the Rover has yet to move (except for it's return to Portsmouth). Hopefully Tom will be able to return it to it's full glory soon and, who knows, maybe finally get the full potential out of it.

Good luck mate.
