They have never liked what I've been doing and complain regularly. One of the engineers has been complaining regularly and has been telling the nhs lies.
For example he came out to PAT test the charger and needed to access a sticker under this vinyl wrap. I offered to remove it as it just peels off, he replied saying no its fine. A week later the nhs called to say the engineer had told them I've coveted all the vent holes. He then told them I'd made the chair unsafe by removing the manual brakes. I've told them that those aren't needed on electric wheelchairs as when you switch the chair off it automatically locks the wheels. I've explained everything to them but they said they will not allow anyone to add things to the wheelchairs and that they'll be doing random checks.
Thankfully the company that gave me the scooter have been brilliant and said the scooter is mine so I can do as I wish. So I'm moving everything over to that instead. They've even sent me some upgraded batteries to pOwer more lighting
